Abo S.r.l. was founded in 1985 with the sole production of metal jacketed gaskets. We decide in fact to relaunch it by expanding our product range, thus manufacturing various kind of gaskets, such as spiral wound and kammprofile ones. Kammprofile gaskets are available in standard or customized dimensions for heat exchangers or pressure vessels. They are composed of a metal core with layers on both sides, thus making them particularly suitable for high pressure plants. Metal Jacket Gaskets are the most basic type of semi-metallic gaskets combing the high pressure suitability and blow out resistance of metallic materials with improved compressibility of soft materials. Metal jacketed gaskets offer an economical seal where sealing faces are narrow and can be produced in a variety of shapes, making them a good option for heat exchangers jointing.
