Among the most important parts of air coolers there are plugs and washers, which we can supply of carbon steel, stainless steel, special alloys and other materials.
Owing to the peculiarity of these parts we manufacture them according to customer’s drawings and specifications.

Plugs are processed out of round metal bars, or they can be drop forged. In our workshop we have a special plant allowing us to manufacture big quantities of plugs. This plant carries out the whole process automatically working the raw material and producing the finished part with rapidity and precision.In order to obtain washers, we can either lathe-shape metal bars or cut them out of metal sheets.
