Ring type joint gaskets are available in standard or customized dimensions, they are used where there are very high pressures and temperatures. Moreover they are particularly resistant to high-corrosive chemical agents. They are especially suitable for petrochemical applications. The R type is the original one, whereas the R Octagonal one offers better sealing performance.
